Sideline drills are an excellent way to bring pure exercise into your Cardio Tennis
program.
They are also a great way to keep everyone moving even when they are not hitting balls
or when your class size is bigger.
You may want to look at using some props such as cones, ladders, ropes, etc. to help
mark your station drill locations and to add a little color to your program.
