Keys to Success

See Video

  1. Keep players moving - "Getting 6 to 8 people active and moving on the court. . .  getting their heart rate up. . . having fun". Video

  2. Players should know their limits and range - Players should look at the new Cardio Tennis Heart rate range chart and try to keep themselves in their workout zone".

  3. The right number of players per pro - You have to keep them moving" Most of my programs have 6-8 people per pro. But, you can actually have a program with one or two players as well.

  4. Running the program at "prime time" - Americans are working out in the early morning and we always have sessions for the person before they go to work.

  5. The proper number of balls - 300 balls at least because you are rapid feeding. Transition balls work great too especially with beginners.

  6. On and off the court in 60 minutes or less - America is time crunched.

  7. Fun!! - First and foremost, this has to be fun. Music is a great tool to create a new fun atmosphere.

  8. THE PROFESSIONAL! - He or she is the key to this program!!

  9. Safety - Work out your player in THEIR zone. Have them check their heart rates every 10 minutes.
