  1. Standing Around - Keep players moving and engaged.
     
  2. Overworking a player - You can not overwork a player. Have them check their heart rates continually. You must try to keep players in their Cardio Tennis heart rate zone.
     
  3. 2 players dominating action - This can happen in play based drills if you are not careful. Keep players rotating at all times.
     
  4. Too much instruction! - While you can help a player improve their game, Cardio Tennis is a fun fitness activity. Avoid instruction where activity  and movement totally stops.
     
  5. The same drills over and over - There are over 100 types of drills you can run . . . keep your program fresh and not boring.
