Cardio tennis is great! Our whole family can go together and be physically challenged even though we are 3 very
different skill and endurance levels. Me (intermediate skill and beginner endurance), my husband (intermediate skill + excellent endurance) and my 13
year old son (great skill and moderate endurance) can all do Cardio as a family activity. Eight year old daughter Claire brings a basketball and shoots on the
adjacent court to stay occupied while we take Cardio. Then afterwards we hit a nearby restaurant (Charlie T's or Old Country Smokehouse) and have a meal out- a
healthy one of course! It makes for a great Tuesday

Industry ReactionThe Greater Cincinnati Tennis
Association meeting had about 40 pros and Cardio Tennis was a big topic, 15-20 minutes was spent talking about it. Everyone was pumped up about it, had all positive things
to say and think the program is a winner! They would like us to come and do a workshop in 2006.
Pro Reaction Just want to let you know that
my Cardio class is doing awesome, I didn't expect that the members will like it especially the 4.5 and above level. I have 2 kinds of classes, one is the high intensity
which is the 4.5 and above level and 2nd
is the 3.0-3.5 level which is for older and adv. beginner players. The best tool that helps me a lot is the music and the "ladder". And of course the heart rate monitor so I have peace of mind while teaching, I wont be scared for my students passing out. This is my 3rd week and I always get a minimum of 5 players. Every week there's always new players joining my class and they said their going to invite their other friends to join because it's not boring and it's really a fun workout. Thanks TIA because my revenue went up. Keep in touch.

We just kicked off a
rebirth of our CardioTennis Program with a bang- We are offering 9 times that our members can take advantage of the program. I am wowed by the response (over
75 have pre-registered to date) —additionally the cardio watches are huge in the promotion and of course the pro running the program. Also I am using a PA system to
address the group when the music is playing- this is an incredible tool versus blowing out your vocal cords. We had tenniscize at the facility before and Cardio Tennis
blows it away!

People sing and shake to the tunes and hit tons of balls and everyone
has a great time. The music is certainly a big bonus as the whole environment changes into a non-threatening and friendly atmosphere. The turnaround has been
great. I just hope it stays that way with the winter and rain and cold weather coming as I don't have indoors facility. The outpouring of support from our
neighborhood parents and students who come to the park tennis courts has been amazing. I am hoping PARD(Parks and Recreation Department) will give our park courts
more support in the future and more funding will help our neighborhood park as parents have offered to write recommendation letter as they are really benefiting from my
tennis program due to its location and convenience and teaching style. Really have to say TIA has done such a great job with its website and also providing pro's like
myself the proper tools and resources to teach this fun fitness program. I create a lot of my own drills and games and improvise as well but mostly follow the lead
of TIA's very well organized game plan to run the program. Please give my kudos to all involved on the website. It is very informational and useful to go to
each time even just to review.
